Featured Member: Catherine McCoy

Each week we are going to give a little shoutout to a particular member who we notice really putting in the effort to implement our strategies, support one another, and take the brave steps to growing their businesses!

Catherine joined The Studio Source this spring and we're big fans of her work and the cohesive instagram feed she's building! Her paintings are intricately detailed and pull the viewer immediately into the frame for closer observation. 

Catherine is doing two things especially well (in addition to being a very talented painter of course) and we wanted to take a moment to share these highlights with you all for inspiration and to give her much deserved praise!

First, Catherine doesn't have a website but she's not leaving her bio without a purposeful call to action! Instead of neglecting this important opportunity to connect with her fans, Catherine is utilizing a newsletter signup form in place of her website in her instagram bio! #genius

Secondly, Catherine has a very cohesive color palette in her artwork and she is using that as a clear visual direction for the photography in her feed. This strategy is SO impactful! It delivers a branded experience whether you're viewing slices of pizza (yup!) or her hyperrealistic paintings of shells.
